Holyrood’s Health Hub is returning to SNP Party Conference. Join the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Arthritis UK Scotland for a discussion on long term conditions and community rehabilitation. Using insights from lived patient experience, we will explore whether the approach Scotland is taking is supporting those with long-term conditions to live healthier and more dignified lives from diagnosis, during and following treatment. With outcomes often determined by postcode, the Health Hub will also discuss how the Scottish Government, communities, and the third sector can work collaboratively to deliver consistent high-quality care across the whole country.
