All of our events are first-come, first-served. If you would like to attend one of our events, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes ahead of the advertised start time.

Please note that all of our events take place within the secure zone, so a conference pass is required. We do not provide conference passes for delegates attending our events.

We will always strive to do what we can to make our events as accessible as possible. If you have any queries or would like to discuss any needs ahead of one of our events, please contact the team at partyconference@totalpolitics.com.

Light refreshments will be provided at all of our events. If you have any queries regarding dietary requirements, please speak to the catering team on the day.

At the Liberal Democrat Conference, we are located in Bayview Suite 2 inside the Bournemouth International Centre.

At Labour Party Conference, we are located primarily in Meeting Rooms 4A and 4B of the ACC with some events taking place in Meeting Room 12, Auditorium 1C and the Sodexo lounge.

At the Conservative Party Conference, we are located primarily in the Derby Suite at the Midland Hotel. 

Our location at the SNP Party Conference will be confirmed shortly – please check back later in the year.

There is a photographer in attendance at all of our events. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak to one of the team or the photographer on the day.

The majority of our fringes do not have a videographer. If you attend one of the few events with a videographer present and you do not wish to be filmed, please speak to one of the team or the videographer on the day.
