Our goal is to be Scotland’s go to delivery provider. We are on a mission to improve reliability across Scotland. We are undertaking a massive transformation, changing how we deliver the Universal Service to 2.9 million addresses across Scotland via our network of c.245 delivery offices. We also want to see a level playing field across the delivery sector so that it is not just Royal Mail that pays employees a decent wage with pension, holiday and sickness benefits as standard.
