With record numbers of patients on waiting lists, workforce shortages in virtually every specialty and public satisfaction with the NHS at its lowest level ever recorded, it’s clear that something needs to change.
This event will try and offer some solutions to these issues by looking to the future. What should the workforce look like and how do we go about making that ideal a reality?
